Brenda Blaney is a life time resident of Maryland and has lived in Baltimore County where she grew up, Harford County as a young adult and Carroll County, where she has been a resident for over 31 years.  Before coming to The Blaney Group as our client care coordinator/administrator, Brenda worked in the mortgage industry for 15 years.  She began her mortgage career as a loan processor, advanced to a loan underwriter and finished her mortgage career as a branch supervisor.   Brenda left the mortgage industry to assist her husband, Jim Blaney, in growing his successful real estate business.  She has continued to work side-by-side with Jim for the past 26 years, obtaining her real estate license in 1997.

Along with raising a blended family of 5 children, Brenda and Jim have created a very successful referral-based real estate business built on honesty, trust, knowledge and client care.
